Children

Children and infants welcome and can provide high chairs and travel cots if required.

Pets

We welcome 2 well-behaved dog and can provide dog beds, bowls and crates if required. The cost of bringing a pet is £25. If you have more than 2 dogs please email for availability and we will do our best to accommodate.

Earliest check in is 4.00pm. Latest check in is 11.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am.

Payments

A deposit of 33% is taken for all bookings more than 8 weeks before arrival date. The full amount of the booking is due 8 weeks before your arrival. Any bookings made within 8 weeks will need to pay 100% of the balance due. A £25 non-refundable booking fee will be applied to your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We strongly recommend that you take advantage of holiday cancellation insurance. For all cancelled bookings where the full balance has been paid we will always refund the rental if we can re-let the cottage. However should re-letting be not possible then you will be liable for the balance of the tariff. For all bookings made where a 33% deposit has been paid we will refund the deposit (minus any transaction fees).

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £150 will be charged when you pay the final balance. We understand that accidents happen, please tell us when they do. We want to make sure that all of our guests have access to a fully equipped cottage. For any deliberate or excessive damage we may need to charge you for any repair work undertaken in order to return the premises to the standard required for future guests. If there has been no damage to be paid for we will refund the £150 as soon as the cottage has been checked.

Length of Breaks

Our 7 night breaks are from Sat-Sat (All Year Round). Our 5 Night breaks are from Mon-Fri (Mid & Low Season). Our 3 Night Breaks are from Mon-Wed, Thurs-Sat, Fri-Mon (Mid & Low Season). If you would like any other dates and length of break please contact us through the website.
